On October 1999, the company started its initial operation as servicing company with only one
support specialist and on November 1999, had employed another batch of personnel to carry on another
functions of business. The company was established on January p y y 7, 2000 and it was registered in the
Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration No. A199920245. On January 11, 2000
the business permit was approved under Business Permit No. 0811-11 with Sanitary Permit and Fire
Safety Inspection Certificate. The BIR Certificate of Registration was approved with TIN No. 204-637-
119. As a company, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGY PHILIPPINES, INC. (OMTPI) is
primarily engaged in business of Contracting Services for the Operation and Maintenance of
Industrial/Manufacturing Utility Plant, Equipment and Machineries and with a start of capital of One
Million Pesos in office located at 101 Lansones St. Blk. 1, Lot 5, Phase 4-C, San Jose Village, Biñan
Laguna.

Due to the increasing demands of clients, the stockholders invested an additional capital, and
on July 2001 – the company increased its paid up capital to Two Million Philippine Pesos. In March
2004, the Certificate of Accreditation was given to OMTPI as an importer under the Bureau of Customs,
CAS Accreditation No. CASRIM 1156403-07 for importing materials and equipment.
On July 27, 2005 the company decided to transfer its office from Biñan, Laguna to FILSYN
Compound, R&D Bldg, Brgy. Don Jose, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna 4026, Philippines due to its continuing
business growth. Since the company offers good quality services, the increasing volume of clients was
unstoppable. On June 2006, the company increased its paid up capital to Six Million Philippine Pesos.
In order to meet the quality standard service, the Management decided to register to ISO on
July 8, 2008. OMTPI received its ISO Certification under ISO 9001:2000 Registration, Cert. No.:
CIP/4090/08/06/580 for the scope of designing, installation, operation and maintenance of utilities and
facilities. On July 28, 2008, company received the DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration No.
004966809 and DTI Certificate of Accreditation under classification of Four Star Shop, CA No.
REF/R024-2008 was received on September 5, 2008.

On January 21, 2009 – Registration under Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board
(PCAB) with License No. 33602 for Principal Classification of Mechanical Works (Category C). On
August 17, 2009 – Network Radio Station License under National Telecommunications Commission,
License No. DD-CV-11457R. On July 1, 2010 – Registration under Philippine Contractors
Accreditation Board (PCAB) with License No. 33602 for Principal Classification of Mechanical Works
(Category C) with additional classification of Electrical Works. On July 7, 2010 – Upgrade of New
Version ISO 9001-2008 Registration, Cert. No.: CIP/4090/08/06/580 for the scope of activities
Design, installation, operation and maintenance of utilities and facilities, January 31, 2011 –
upgrades its DTI Certificate of Accreditation under classification Five Star Shop, CA No. REF/R024-
2008 March 9 2011 – Department 2008, 9, of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Certificate of Registration No.
ROIV-03-11-11.. On July 1, 2014, the Registration under Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board
(PCAB) with License No. 33602, Principal Classification of Mechanical Work (Category C) upgraded
to Category B with additional classification of Electrical Work. On July 1, 2015, the Registration under
Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with License No. 33602, Principal Classification
of Mechanical Work (Category B) upgraded to Category A with additional classification of Electrical
Work. On May 9, 2017 Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) updated its Certificate of
Registration No. ROIVA-LPO-DO174-0517-002. On July 9, 2017- Upgrade of New Version ISO
9001-2015 Registration, Cert. No.: CIP/4090/08/06/580 for the scope of activities Provision of design,
installation, operation and maintenance of utilities and facilities.
